Fire Department

Oriented towards prevention, the La Pêche Fire Safety Department offers public education and youth awareness services, in addition to operating a home visiting program aimed at reducing and controlling the risk of outbreaks and spread of fires.

The Fire Department intervenes in the event of fire and disaster to protect the lives and property of citizens, and is ready to take action at any time. The equipment and resources of the La Pêche Fire Department are distributed throughout the municipality in four fire stations located at strategic points.

The vision of the Fire Department is to protect the lives and property of all citizens while forging strong bonds of trust with them.

The Service's mission has several components: to provide the highest level of services for which we are responsible; relentlessly strive for superior efficiency and effectiveness, and service excellence; promote the development of a sense of pride and belonging within the team; put integrity and esprit de corps first; ensure sound management of budgets, materials and property entrusted to us by the public; ensuring compliance with the law and the standards of our profession; make full use of the knowledge, skills and experience of all service members; finally, continually planning for the future to keep up with the changing needs of the community.
