Public Works

The Public Works Department is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the maintenance of municipal infrastructures, including the road network and the sewer network. It also prepares plans and specifications and tender invitation documents, since it manages the external contracts awarded for certain types of work. Its responsibilities also include signage and snow removal, as well as the maintenance of municipal green spaces, sidewalks and ditches.

The City uses the mobile app Voilà, which citizens can use to report any non-urgent issues in the City. You can consult a short video to learn more.

For any urgent issue (power wires or trees lying across a road following a storm, for example), call 911.

New in 2023! Natural trees will be collected and composted at La Pêche! Leave your tree at the border of the road, free of all its ornaments and our team will pick it up in the next few weeks. Thank you for your cooperation!
