In fall 2018, a survey was conducted to assess the efficacy of Info La Pêche. The assessment led to digital initiatives such as the creation of an e newsletter and the La Pêche Facebook page. More than two years after the launch of the new format for the municipal briefs and following a consultation with the community organizations that promote their activities in Info La Pêche, the time has come to reduce the number of issues published per year, notably for environmental reasons.

At the regular meeting held on December 16, 2019, Council authorized a change to the publishing contract for Info La Pêche to bring the number of issues down to four (4) per year and increase the total number of pages in each issue.
