You can send a written request for registration, correction, or deletion from the electoral list to the president of election if you are domiciled in the municipality and in one of the following situations:

  • You are domiciled or accommodated in an eligible health facility
  • You are unable to travel for health reasons or you are a caregiver residing at the same address as such a person

This request must be accompanied by a copy of two documents: one showing your name and date of birth and the other, your name and home address. If you are domiciled or accommodated in an eligible health establishment, these documents may be replaced by a certificate from a member of staff confirming your identity and place of residence.

You can contact the returning officer to obtain the necessary forms. He must then have received them by October 19, 2021, at 10 p.m. at the latest.

If you request to vote by mail because you must comply with an isolation order or recommendation from public health authorities, your request can only be made as of October 17, 2021, and will be valid only for the current ballot. If you are in another of the situations presented above, your request will be valid for the current poll and for any repetitions that may result from it.
